Manage IT Infrastructure team and provide single point ownership for Infrastructure Management Server Support & Administration in Windows and Linux
Administration with good experience in Virtualization & Cloud platform (VMware/UCS/AWS/Azure)
Maintain & management of Network services (Cisco and Fortigate) Lead Service Desk Operations (Desktop Support, Remote support) Provide technical leadership and manage overall IT operations ensuring Infrastructure and services are up and running meeting predefined SLA.
Strong technical skills in Server Management, Network, Virtualization technologies
Good Experience with AD, VMware, Linux which includes L2 & L3 level support
Hands on experience with AD/DHCP/DNS, Web, Email collaboration, Remote access etc.
Servers Management (IBM/CISCO UCS series and Windows/Linux flavors)
AWS experience & DevOps knowledge is added advantage
Storage administration on EMC VNX Series 'Block & File systems
Hands on experience in leading desktop engineers and network knowledge skills
Provide a timely response to relevant helpdesk tickets, incidents and problems
Good communication and English abilities both in oral and writing.
Good reporting and documentation skills for internal & external audits.
Ensure compliance for backup of all systems and servers including maintaining the capacity to restore data as required by monitoring and reporting backups daily.
Responsible for running an ITIL compliant operation and enforcing security and compliance.
Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
