Able to deliver, project and motivate students or corporate Employees through effective training methodologies both as a group and individual in the classroom
Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of self learning programs across the organization for the support of the organization's needs.
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness in the execution of training programs in institutes
Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies
Monitor and measure effectiveness of all execution of training programs in institutes
Coordinating with individual departments (Institutes) to outline deliverable to students and expectation
Proactively work with the Management team to identify areas of execution and accomplishing the tasks then and there without any backlogs .
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Create high quality deliverable within then and there provided by the Management team
